Everlume — a memory you can wear

Some people we never stop carrying — a parent, a partner, a child, a friend. We built Everlume for that quiet, everyday kind of love: the kind you keep close, not on a shelf, but with you.

Each piece hides a photo inside a tiny projection lens, invisible to everyone else, there whenever you need it. Hold it to the light and they’re right there.

We handcraft every piece to order, set with the photo that matters most. Whether it marks an anniversary, a new baby, a long distance, or a person you carry forever, the idea is the same: carry the people you love, close to your heart.

Why I started EverLume

Last year, my wife lost her mother.

I wanted to give her something — not a card, not flowers that fade in a week, but something she could keep close. I didn’t know what that looked like until I found these: a piece of jewellery with a photo hidden inside, invisible until you hold it to the light. I had one made with a photo of her mom, and I gave it to her.

She wears it every day. Sometimes she holds it up to the window just to see her mother’s face again. It didn’t take the grief away — nothing does — but it gave her a way to carry someone she loves with her, wherever she goes.

That’s why EverLume exists.

Every piece is handcrafted to order, here in South Africa, and holds a photo that means something to you — a parent, a child, a partner, a friend. To everyone else, it just looks like beautiful jewellery. To you, it’s a face you never want to forget, revealed when the light catches it right.
