How does the photo get inside the jewellery?

You send us your photo, then your photo is set into a tiny projection lens by us. See it three ways: with the naked eye up close, through your phone camera, or projected onto a wall in a dim room.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, bright, close-up image where the face fills the frame. Square photos project best.

What file should I send?

A JPG or PNG, no larger than 15MB. You upload it on the product page when you order.

Can I put more than one photo inside?

The standard piece holds one photo; you can add up to 12 as an option.

What colours are available?

Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold.

Will it fit me?

Yes — the chain, band and bracelet are adjustable, one size fits most.

How long does delivery take?

Handcrafted to order and shipped within 12 - 16 working days across South Africa.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items can’t be returned for change of mind, but anything faulty or damaged is replaced free, and we guarantee a clear projection.

How do I care for it?

Keep it dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, wipe with a soft cloth. Don’t wear it in the shower or pool.
