You upload your photo right on the product page before you add to cart. We set it inside a tiny projection lens by hand, so it’s hidden in the piece and revealed when you hold it to the light.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, bright photo works best.

What file should I send?

A JPG or PNG, no larger than 15MB. Just upload it on the product page when you order — no need to email anything.

Can I put more than one photo inside?

The standard piece holds one photo.

What colours are available?

Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold.

Will it fit me?

Yes — the chain, ring and bracelet are adjustable, one size fits most.

How long does delivery take?

Handcrafted to order and shipped within 6-14 business days across South Africa.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items can’t be returned for change of mind, but anything faulty or damaged is replaced free, and we guarantee a clear projection.

How do I care for it?

Keep it dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, wipe with a soft cloth. Don’t wear it in the shower or pool.

How do I pay?

Securely via PayFast or Yoco — cards, Instant EFT and more. Visa and Mastercard accepted. You can also pay monthly with Mobicred — choose Payfast, then Mobicred at checkout.

Can I pay in monthly instalments?
