Shipping policy

We know how meaningful your personalised piece is, and we want it to reach you safely and on time. Please read below for details on our production and delivery timelines.

1. Production Time

Every EverLume piece is custom-made to order using the photo and details you provide. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be created and quality-checked before it is handed over for shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery within South Africa takes approximately 12–16 business days.

Please note:

           Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

           Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

           Delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes, load shedding, weather, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.

4. Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. EverLume is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ever-lume.co.za and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only to addresses within South Africa. At this time, we are unable to deliver orders outside of South Africa.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ever-lume.co.za with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item before opening further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ever-lume.co.za so we can assist you promptly. Please also refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
